Sunliky is from PET film production and coating in flexible packaging industry with many years experience in management and process control.Our R&D team are built up with several experts in PET film production, coating and researchers from electronics and optics study .We have been deeply studying PET film innovative application and marketing trend. We started developing PET film applied in electronic and optical industry since 2005 with big success. At present, our structure is district sale and production base combining with R&D.

FACILITY
Sunliky owns two high-precised coating lines and full-automatic synthesizing reaction kettles. Advanced esearch, test equipments,Lab,10,000 grade dust-free plant and normative processes ensure the quality stable.Also,we are planning to establish another 2 coating lines which are designed and installed cooperative with experienced Japanese coater manufacturer with predicted capability
60,000,000 square meters per year.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Sunliky supplied single or two sides silicone coated BOPP and PET film.
The BOPP and PET base film have various types,
such as matte,metalized to meet different applications.
★Low silicone migration - Eliminate the danger of silicone sticking to
other materials.
★Coated - Coating weight is controlled uniform and low tolerance suits
various applications.
★Anti-STATIC - The release film was treated by anti-static process,
satisfying anti-static requirement.
★High cleanness - The release film was coated under 10,000 grade
dust-free plant.
★Solvent resistance - The film will not be obviously corroded by Toluene,
MEK, Ethyl Acetate, Ethanol etc.
★Good mechanical strength - Does not shrink and remain flexible.
★Various release force level - According to customers’ release force
requirement,we can different release force.
★Wide range of application - Applying in many industries.
